Neil has worked as a chartered surveyor and valuer in the North East of England and North Cumbria for over thirty years.
He graduated in Estate Management at Newcastle Polytechnic and originally worked in commercial property before moving to J M Clark & Partners in Hexham.
Neil specialises in property valuations, including Leasehold matters and as an Expert and Joint Expert in residential property disputes.
Away from work, Neil runs a mixed arable and stock farm in the Tyne Valley, is involved with his local rugby club and a member of British Eventing, albeit with both feet firmly on the ground!
