Dan has worked as a chartered Surveyor and valuer in the North East region for over 35 years having qualified in 1986.
He has worked for a variety of survey and valuation companies, both national and locally based and has extensive experience of both the residential and commercial property market providing advise to clients on building defects and property values.
Dan is a keen rugby follower and enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits.
